Responsibilities
Serve as a vital point of contact for our customers
Process daily transactions
Balance a teller drawer daily
Help customers in-person, over the phone, or online with any banking needs they have
Explain, promote, and sell bank products and services
Qualification
Required
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work well as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to operate a computer, telephone, fax, postage machine, coin and currency counter
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion
Preferred
Cash handling skills
Some computer skills
Prior banking experience
