The intern will work on introducing GPT-based tools to support marketing teams and will create a library of AI agents to assist with content generation and improve workflows.

Responsibilities
Focus on introducing practical, easy-to-use GPT-based tools to support various teams within our Marketing organization
Work cross-functionally with the Marketing AI Working Group, marketing strategy, product management and creative teams to understand their workflows, recurring tasks, and common questions
Help design and document simple GPT agents that can serve as reference tools, assist with content generation, and reinforce consistent rules, messaging, and processes
Help teams become comfortable using AI tools as part of their daily work
Create a small library of GPT agents, usage guidelines, and example prompts that marketing teams can continue to build upon after the internship concludes
Qualification
Required
Driven college students, or recent college graduates, with a major or degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, IS, MIS, Digital Media, Data Science, or Computer Science
Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), beyond basic prompting, for school, work, or personal projects
Comfort learning new tools independently and iterating based on feedback
Ability to synthesize input from multiple stakeholders into organized outputs
Selected candidates must be available to work on-site and full-time between June and August
