Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring business rhythm is established and maintained with stakeholders and end users
Responsible for reviewing scope change requests and dispositioning such requests
Coordinates planning, organization, control, execution, integration and completion of classified IT projects within area of assigned responsibility
Analyzes business demands and translates to technical requirements, to include coordination with classified architecture team
Facilitate procurement of HW/SW components as needed for each project
Guide execution and clear roadblocks. Escalate issues to leadership as appropriate
Qualification
Required
Active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI access
Responsible for ensuring business rhythm is established and maintained with stakeholders and end users

Preferred
Understanding of different IT systems architectures and product lifecycles
Able to drive collaboration among stakeholders to reach consensus and make decisions
Solid understanding of both Scaled Agile and Waterfall project management tools and methodologies
Experience with procurement processes and cycles
TS/SCI clearance
