Founding Technical Recruiter
Skip is an early-stage start-up on a mission to make life joyful through powered movement. They are seeking a Founding Technical Recruiter to partner with founders and technical leadership to scale their team during a pivotal growth phase, focusing on building recruiting processes and high-quality talent pipelines.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruiting for all roles across Engineering, AI/ML, Product, Platform, DevOps, and Security
Partner with leadership on headcount planning, role prioritization, and organizational hiring strategy
Build a structured interview process and work with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and ideal candidate profiles
Build high-quality pipelines through proactive sourcing and targeted outreach
Design structured interview loops and help drive hiring decisions
Own onboarding of new employees and manage lightweight people management tasks
Independently manage priorities in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
Qualification
Required
3-15+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, covering both technical and non-technical roles
Proven success building or scaling recruiting processes at high-growth startups
Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality talent pipelines through outbound sourcing
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and candidates at all levels
Metrics-driven mindset, highly organized
Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and ATS Systems
Preferred
Has run the talent function independently before
Knowledge of HRIS systems and HR responsibilities/onboarding
