Responsibilities
Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphics
Obtain input from managers to ensure designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately
Work independently as well as cooperatively with another graphic designer and full marketing team as an integral part of the team
Together with your manager, prioritize projects in Asana based on importance and workload - may include five or more simultaneous projects
Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video
Develop and update a wide range of materials that will include presentations, social media, marketing collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, etc
Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
Develop concepts and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices
Qualification
Required
Professional experience with software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Word and PowerPoint with a strong portfolio of previous work examples
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Desire for continuous improvement and willingness to find innovative solutions
Strong attention to detail in both copy and design, maintaining clarity and brand standards
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art or a related field
At least two years related and non-internship work experience in professional graphic design
Preferred
Knowledge of Figma and designing for web
Photography/video interest/experience and proficiency with editing software
