Responsibilities
Source and identify founders who are actively fundraising or preparing to raise capital
Leverage investor and founder networks to facilitate meaningful introductions
Help connect founders to curated events where investors and founders meet
Act as a strategic connector between founders, investors, and our internal team
Advise on founder readiness and positioning for investor conversations
Qualification
Required
Strong background in venture capital, private equity, and founder–investor ecosystems
Hands-on experience working with founders
Understanding of how investors evaluate opportunities
Existing or well-developed network within the VC/PE space
Experience in venture capital, private equity, startup advisory, or investment banking
Proven experience working directly with founders and investors
Strong network within startup, VC, or PE communities
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Comfortable working as an independent consultant
