Richmond Behavioral Health is seeking a Program Supervisor I/II to join their team of life changers. The role involves supervising case management services for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, overseeing clinical activities, and ensuring high-quality program services.

Responsibilities
Leads a team of dedicated support coordinators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them excel in their roles and contribute to the success of the program
Coordinates and oversees clinical and case management activities; collaborates with manager to set program priorities; monitors and evaluates service delivery in accordance with established guidelines and principles; enforces program policies and procedures
Reviews clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines. Provides constructive feedback and practical tools to staff to support the achievement of both team and agency-wide goals and objectives
Assists in the recruitment and selection of program personnel; assigns, directs, trains and inspects the work of staff; disciplines, coaches, counsels and evaluates staff performance; recommends disciplinary actions in accordance with agency policy and procedures and in collaboration with designated Manager; develops staff schedules and approves leave
Coordinates meetings to discuss individual/program/staff concerns or changes; consults with teams and committees in the planning and development of treatment and discharge plans
Coordinates treatment with other service providers and client support system
Manages and maintains program supplies; processes purchasing and billing documentation
Monitors and audits clinical and medical records for compliance with regulatory, reimbursement and agency standards; reviews documentation for accuracy
Conducts direct care with individuals; performs intakes, client assessments and diagnostic interviews
Provides crisis risk assessment and linkages to crisis services to individuals and families; provides consultation and education to staff and individuals
Serves on a variety of committees as directed; attends and participates in a variety of meetings
Identifies and executes training for staff, when need is identified
Completes professional conferences and trainings as required; maintains QDDP credentials
Completes other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Thorough knowledge of community-based behavioral health principles and developmental services
Thorough knowledge of crisis intervention and of community resources and human services network
Good knowledge of the principles and practices of clinical supervision
General knowledge of managed care systems
Skill in maintaining medical records requirements and professional documentation
Ability to supervise the work of others
Ability to solve problems within scope of responsibility
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
Ability to prepare and present reports and program recommendations
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals, subordinates, associates, law enforcement, medical personnel, community partners and the general public
