Professional Development Coordinator

Required

A minimum of a 2-year associate degree or a track record of relevant job experience that showcases your passion and capability
Strong administrative, computer and organizational skills
Adept at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Verbal and written communication skills
Processing culinary competition applications, organizing orders, and maintaining the competition records
Provide support and inner workings of the certification program, including applications, and member support
Working with members to provide high quality support
Strong skills in using project management tools
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to establish, monitor, and meet timelines
Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
Able to communicate professionally, effectively and diplomatically

Preferred

Exposure to hospitality/culinary industry
Involvement in competitions and certification
