Responsibilities
Drive new and recurring revenue for:
EDGAR filings
IXBRL tagging
Financial document typesetting
Ongoing SEC compliance and reporting services
Leverage existing relationships with:
ETFs, mutual funds, closed-end funds
Asset managers and investment advisers
Legal, compliance, and finance stakeholders
Own and manage client relationships end-to-end, supported by experienced production and QA teams
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across filing cycles and reporting events
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on SEC reporting workflows and timing
Qualification
Required
Senior sales professional or Sales Director with experience selling SEC filing, iXBRL, or financial typesetting services
Active book of business
Strong understanding of SEC reporting deadlines, fund reporting cycles, and client expectations
Proven ability to close and retain long-term, recurring accounts
Self-directed, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating independently
