Responsibilities
Produce high-quality renderings, animations, and virtual walkthroughs for client presentations, competitions, publications, and marketing efforts
Collaborate closely with design teams throughout all phases, from concept to construction documentation
Create accurate 3D models from architectural drawings, sketches, and Revit/BIM outputs
Manage multiple visualization deliverables and deadlines efficiently
Post-process imagery to elevate clarity, mood, and narrative
Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to refine visual output
Help build and maintain DXA’s visualization standards, asset library, and workflows
Stay current with emerging tools, techniques, and industry trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in architecture
Minimum of three (3) years of design experience, preferably in high-end and/or multi – family residential, hospitality, or commercial projects
Proficiency in Adobe Suite, 3Ds Max and V-Ray, AutoCAD and other 3D modeling and rendering tools
Sharp attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with team members and clients
Excellent verbal and written communication and coordination skills
A portfolio demonstrating a strong eye for design, detail, and architectural representation is required
Based in the New York City area and available to start immediately
