Responsibilities
Design fire sprinkler systems for a variety of projects, ensuring accuracy, code compliance, and efficiency
Develop design layouts, including hydraulic calculations, system schematics, and material lists
Coordinate and obtain permits, working with local jurisdictions to ensure timely approvals
Order materials based on approved designs and project requirements
Assist with pricing walkthroughs, providing insight into project scope, materials, and labor considerations
Conduct tenant improvement walkthroughs, evaluating existing conditions and identifying design needs
Assess and manage workload, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and support project schedules
Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Follow established protocols and company standards, ensuring consistency, safety, and quality across all projects
Qualification
Required
Experience in fire protection design or a related field
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Professional communication and customer‑focused mindset
Preferred
NICET II certification
