Principal Property and Asset Management Analyst
Northrop Grumman is a trusted provider of mission-enabling solutions for global security. They are seeking a Principal Property and Asset Management Analyst to review and update property records, manage property accountability, and coordinate property surveillance reviews while engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Review and update property records in property database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
This position will have an emphasis on contract closeout for the BWI+ campuses
Knowledge and understanding of property acquisitions, the processing of incoming and outgoing shipping documentation
Prepare periodic and special reports on property and material review, physical inventory planning, contract annual government property reports (AGPR), PIEE GFP module status, and other reports, as needed
Coordinate and conduct property surveillance reviews and annual physical inventories at supplier and subcontractor sites. Collaborate with Buyers, Subcontract Administrators, and Program and Functional area PFPs (Property Focal Points) to ensure accountability of assets is maintained
Engage in high level of interaction with both internal and external customers, and government regulatory agencies
Lead various Property Management System Analysis (PMSA), Contractor Self-Assessment (CSA) reviews, Mission Assurance/Quality audits, and AS9100 audits
Assist program management in the planning and execution of property management life cycle
Assist and provide guidance to other team members, as necessary
Maintain property accountability records, determine condition of assets, arrange disposal of surplus/obsolete material
Occasional irregular hours and travel may be required for the role
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Major in business, logistics, or supply chain) with 5 years of experience in property/asset management or related field (i.e. program cost control, contract administration, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, etc); or a Masters degree with 3 years of experience in property/asset management or related field (i.e. program cost control, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, etc)
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
Experience in government property management
U.S. citizenship required
A current/active DoD Secret clearance
Preferred
5 years of ERP/SAP experience Familiarity with Automated Property Management
5 years of Combined experience in material/equipment control, inventory, requisitioning/purchasing, logistics (warehousing) and management experience
5 years Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report on all property operations metrics
5 years' experience supporting U.S. government customers & contracts, FAR/DFAR
