Responsibilities

Accountable for all aspects of accessory program delivery to quality, cost, timing, and commercial objectives for delivery
Own the plan of record for accessories in program, driving all tradeoff decisions in strict accordance with the plan and holding teams accountable
Indirect leadership of cross functional teams (internal and external) to deliver program objectives
Enhance performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction by refining and supporting processes that proactively identify and eliminate duplicate work to accelerate progress
Partner with Commercial Leads to align on business cases, cost targets, margin, feature management, and sales strategies
Ensure effective risk management is conducted throughout the accessory program development process
Regularly report program status with clear, concise communication of open issues, risks, and roadblocks, providing actionable insights and proposed solutions
Actively manage and mitigate risks before they escalate, implementing contingency plans and driving urgent resolution
Responsible for program deliverables status at program gateways and weekly executive reviews
Approval responsibility for engineering releases
Lead pre-production build planning

Qualification

Required

Minimum 5 years experience on a Program Management team or similar role with having gone through full program lifecycles (concept to launch)
DRE experience and or Program Manager background required
Exposure to multiple vehicle functional areas, automotive accessories beneficial
Proven experience effectively aligning schedules, resources, and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, consistently delivering on commitments
Master of communication; appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to foster positive relationships and work effectively with internal and external partners and drive to delivery
Understanding of engineering theory and principles of operation of mechanical/electrical systems
Able to work efficiently under high amount of work/stress
S. in engineering, program or product management or a related field

Preferred

Experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Suite a plus
