Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between end users, vendors, and IT teams for assigned applications
Ensure applications are functional, available, secure, and meet organizational and user requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including root-cause analysis and documented resolutions
Test software releases and configurations to validate functionality and compliance with requirements
Analyze workflows and recommend system and process improvements
Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and validation models
Deliver end-user training, documentation, and ongoing education (one-on-one and classroom-style)
Support application-related projects, including timelines, stakeholder coordination, and implementations
Partner with users to understand business and security needs and implement appropriate solutions
Recommend and help maintain standard policies, procedures, and best practices
Support application operations, including interfaces and special processing as needed
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of experience in Information Systems, application support, or a related technical role
Strong understanding of client/server application environments
Experience supporting or implementing enterprise software applications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Excellent communication skills with a customer-service mindset
Preferred
Experience in post-acute healthcare (home health and/or hospice)
Experience with healthcare-focused applications (HCHB strongly preferred)
System administration and/or application implementation experience
IT project coordination or project management experience
Experience developing and delivering user training and technical documentation
