Responsibilities
Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects in the gas, oil, and civil sectors
Lead project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery
Serve as a key liaison between internal teams, clients, and field operations to ensure alignment of scope, quality, and customer satisfaction
Manage pipeline installations, regulator stations, anomaly digs, facility upgrades, and utility relocations
Oversee site development, grading, utility installations, roads, bridges, drainage, and infrastructure projects
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in construction, preferably in civil or gas/oil sectors
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam)
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
Skilled in reading construction drawings, permits, and specifications
Understanding of construction delivery methods, scheduling, and cost control
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively
Valid driver's license
Ability to travel to various job sites as needed
Flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in different sectors
Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screenings
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
PMP Certification or equivalent
OSHA 30 Certification
