Responsibilities

Acts as a technical expert in their realm of function for internal and external customers
Presents project and/or program status to Anthem Avionics leaders, ensuring transparency and engagement
Ensures internal processes and procedures align with Aerospace and Honeywell Standards
Interfaces with teams to address and resolve project/program issues with creativity and insight
Influence fellow engineers to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches
Project Coordination
Knowledge of aerospace process development for systems, software and V&V

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
6 years of experience supporting Aerospace programs

Preferred

Working experience on Agile methodologies and/or certified scrum master
Knowledge of Aerospace development for systems, software and V&V
Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
A passion for collaboration within a diverse and global team that values different perspectives and ideas
Apply mastery of a specific professional discipline or broader expertise in most or all areas within a function
Individuals who are self-motivated, who consistently take the initiative to get things done
Ability to adapt dictated by project changes
Multi-tasking and the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks and people
Making autonomous decisions
