Responsibilities
Recruit, hire, supervise, and evaluate RPP Case Managers serving DCF districts within the assigned geographic region
Provide program oversight and ensure grant compliance, including accurate and timely documentation by staff with the region
Oversee Quality Assurance of client records with the assigned region, including compliance with federal confidentiality regulations
Serve as the primary liaison between Lund RPP and assigned DCF district offices
Collaborate with the Associate Director of Community Treatment to support accurate and timely grant reporting, including submission of draft reports as requested
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in social work, clinical mental health and substance use counseling or related field
AAP required
Minimum of 5 years of experience providing direct service required
3-5 years supervisory experience required
Strong desire and ability to work with the identified population, especially substance abusing pregnant and parenting women and effectively communicate and collaborate with interagency programs and community partners
The successful completion of a background check and motor vehicle record check is a condition of employment
