Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer support
Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels—job boards, social media, and professional networks—to attract high-quality candidates
Partner closely with HR and leadership to forecast staffing needs, fill high-volume positions, and proactively build talent pipelines
Analyze current recruitment processes, identify inefficiencies, and lead improvements to enhance effectiveness
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive data-informed recruitment decisions
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent of 3 years' experience as a recruiter or TA professional, required
Proficient with a variety of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once with a self-directed, proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or material-handling environments, preferred
