Responsibilities

Set and own Cinnamon’s marketing strategy in support of growth, brand, and revenue goals
Partner closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, SVP of Sales, and Sales partners to align marketing initiatives with go-to-market and pipeline priorities
Translate company objectives into clear marketing plans, priorities, and success metrics
Build and manage demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline and customer acquisition
Design and execute multi-channel conversion campaigns in collaboration with Sales
Measure and optimize campaign performance to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Oversee digital marketing strategy and execution across owned and paid channels
Own marketing budgets and advertising spend, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI
Evaluate channel performance and optimize spend based on results
Own marketing operations within HubSpot Marketing Hub , including campaign execution, automation, and reporting
Ensure strong alignment between marketing and sales systems to support lead management, handoff, and attribution
Own the design and maintenance of HubSpot dashboards and reporting to deliver clear visibility into marketing and sales performance
Develop and maintain clear, consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
Ensure marketing materials clearly communicate Cinnamon’s value proposition to healthcare and life sciences audiences
Plan and execute industry events and conferences in partnership with Sales and revenue leadership
Ensure events support pipeline generation, sales engagement, and brand visibility
Ensure all marketing activities adhere to healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards

Required

7+ years of experience in marketing with ownership of strategy and execution
Demonstrated success supporting sales-led growth and revenue-focused marketing initiatives
Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub (required)
Strong experience with digital marketing, paid media, and demand generation
Experience with marketing technology solutions in healthcare or other regulated industries
Ability to collaborate closely with revenue and sales leadership
Ability to choose and manage marketing related vendors
