Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional ServiceNow data workstreams focused on case analysis, reporting, dashboards, and data governance
Identify and scope advanced analytics and AI use cases within ServiceNow to elevate insights and predictive capabilities
Develop deep understanding of ServiceNow case data, reporting structures, and integrations with data lake tables and marts
Drive analysis from cases to identify trends, friction points, and improvement opportunities
Design dashboards and reporting solutions in ServiceNow to support business leaders and operational teams
Partner with ServiceNow product owners and engineering to ensure data quality, cleanliness, and AI-readiness
Define and implement data governance standards across ServiceNow data domains
Collaborate across PART and other stakeholder groups to share knowledge and build scalable solutions

Required

5+ years Delivery and adoption of ServiceNow case dashboards by leadership and stakeholders
Implementation of 3+ advanced analytics or AI use cases leveraging ServiceNow case data
5+ years establishment of data governance framework for ServiceNow analytics
5+ years working with stakeholders on insights and reporting quality
Demonstrated impact of VOE case analysis on business strategy and employee experience improvements
