Responsibilities
Prepare deliverables as directed to quality standards expected from manager
Review and evaluate project related documentation
Maintain Cost management files in an organized manner, according to company standards and process
Assist as needed with preparing documents for proposals, presentations, and cost management submissions under the direct supervision of the cost management team
Submit requests for pricing from vendors and sub-contractors for specific scopes, products, and services
Developing knowledge of specialism and industry focus
Develop understanding of methods of measurement, delivery methods, construction technology and contracts
Other duties as assigned
Attendance at work during normal business hours

Preferred
Education: AA or BS in Construction, Cost Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Experience: an undergraduate degree or up to 3 years industry experience is expected for this position
Preferred Certification: Working towards Professional Certification – MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent
Prior data center project experience highly preferred
