Responsibilities
Lead global fulfillment centers to ensure standardized, efficient, and compliant operations across multiple regions
Oversee logistics, trade compliance, and capacity planning aligned with long-term business growth
Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to drive process improvement and throughput
Maintain audit readiness and compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS6081, AS9120, and ESD S20.20 standards
Direct Quality, QMS, and Engineering teams to implement root-cause analysis and corrective actions
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Sourcing, IT, and Finance to enhance visibility and operational excellence
Build and mentor a high-performing global team fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Proven management of end-to-end Quality and certified WMS (ISO or equivalent) in a global, high-volume, multi-site environment
Technical fluency to lead supplier and customer-facing quality programs using structured tools (e.g., 8D or equivalent)
Experience leading global fulfillment/warehouse operations, logistics, and trade compliance, delivering against high performance standards (e.g., perfect-order accuracy in the high 90% range)
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication (verbal and written) skills
Demonstrated application of Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Theory of Constraints principles
15+ years of leadership in operations, quality, or supply chain management within electronics, semiconductors, or related industries
Successful record of managing multi-site international operations and scaling infrastructure
Deep understanding of global compliance, logistics, and QMS standards
Strong executive presence with the ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams
Preferred
Experience with ERP or systems/equipment implementations (warehouse management, inspection systems, or automation)
Background in electronics or high-reliability manufacturing industry
Proven examples of people development and succession planning across global teams
