Responsibilities
Lead key shared services accounting functions supporting a national, multi-site footprint
Drive a disciplined month-end close cadence and consistent execution across teams
Oversee performance across AP and AR workflows in partnership with functional leads
Support financial reporting deliverables, reconciliations, and balance sheet governance
Standardize processes and controls across locations, especially as acquisitions are integrated
Manage and develop leaders, with responsibility across direct and indirect reports
Qualification
Required
CPA required
Multi-site or multi-location accounting experience is required
Strong people manager with experience developing managers and building scalable teams
Shared services or centralized accounting operations exposure (AP, AR, close, reporting)
Preferred
Experience in a company at $500M+ preferred
$1B+ strongly preferred
Prior acquisition integration exposure is a plus
