Preparing detailed technical drawings, including architectural and shop drawings, based on project specifications
Working closely with surveyors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accurate and efficient drafting
Collaborating on drawing revisions
Interpreting architectural plans
Supporting project submittals
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Technical Drawing and creating Shop Drawings
Experience with Architectural Drawings and general Drawing tasks
Knowledge of Architecture and related design principles
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
Strong attention to detail and precision in drafting
Ability to work effectively as part of an on-site team
Preferred
Experience in land surveying or related fields is a plus
Associate's degree or certification in drafting, architecture, or a related field is preferred
