Talent Acquisition Partner
Nobis Rehabilitation Partners is committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner. This role involves understanding staffing needs, developing recruiting strategies, and coordinating interviews to attract top nursing and therapy talent for critical vacancies.
Responsibilities
Work closely with various hiring managers to obtain the status of recruitment efforts
Own the sourcing of quality candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, recruiting database, recruiting events, etc.)
Offer an exceptional candidate experience by going beyond the job description during phone screens to provide deeper insight into how the position fits within the candidate's respective skill set as well as how the position works within the company
Update Position Control Logs with hospital leadership
Track and measure candidate trends in the hospital markets
7-10 phone screenings per day for full time and PRN nursing and therapy staff
Recommend spend on Indeed budget for postings
Assist the Director of Recruitment with updating the Master Vacancy Control Log
Sending interview confirmation emails to candidates
Verifying licensure
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of healthcare recruiting experience
Bachelors degree required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
Preferred
PRH preferred
Prior experience recruiting in a rehab hospital setting
