Provides administrative and organizational assistance, research and support to the Supply Chain Department and Supply Chain Procurement Team
Clerical support for all clinical and non-clinical purchases, directly to the vendors, and/or sourced via LeeSar, Inc
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience in GEAC and/or Infor
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Excellent Analytical skills
Experience of medical suppliers and their offerings of products
Understanding of product utilization in a variety of clinical settings
Ability to effectively operate in EXCEL and other Microsoft Office Products
Knowledge of EPIC EMR and EDI systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge and ability to leverage current and future technology
Ability to successfully operate in a multi-task environment
Extreme attention to detail
Great organizational skills
Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and/or deadlines
Preferred
Associates Degree
