Responsibilities

Responsible for all substance testing policies, procedures, and quality assurance of the substance testing within the Occupational Health service line
Ensures strict adherence to protocols and legal standards to maintain the integrity of the sample and the chain of custody
Serves as a substance abuse testing subject matter expert

Required

High School Diploma/ GED
Minimum 3 years' experience working in a healthcare setting
Minimum 6 months' experience with Computers, Microsoft Office, and Email
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented

Preferred

Substance Screen instructor experience
Signs and Symptoms training experience
DOT Drug and Alcohol Collector Certification
Experience working in substance testing service industry
Customer Service experience
