Sr. Manager, Demand Generation (ABM/Digital)
PointFive is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Campaigns to lead their digital demand generation efforts. This role is responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns aimed at driving pipeline and revenue, while collaborating closely with various teams to align digital programs with business goals.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute integrated digital campaigns across paid search, display, retargeting, paid social, SEO/AEO, and ABM platforms
Manage campaign landing pages, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
Oversee content distribution for blogs, white papers, solution briefs, videos, infographics, and webinars
Build targeted ABM programs (1:1, 1:Few, 1:Many) using intent data and personalization
Partner with Sales to align campaigns to target accounts and active opportunities
Monitor KPIs across channels and continuously optimize performance
Build dashboards and reporting tied to pipeline and revenue impact
Own the digital marketing budget and ensure strong ROI and efficient cost-per-lead metrics
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation
Hands-on experience across paid media, ABM, SEO, and marketing automation
Strong analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and performance reports
Proven ability to connect digital programs to pipeline and revenue
