The role includes responsibility for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production operational systems, as well as troubleshooting critical services and coordinating operational processes across the organization.

Responsibilities
Responsibility for operating, monitoring (including building monitoring dashboards), and maintaining production operational systems
Troubleshooting critical services, including systems with IIS interfaces and integration with databases
Working with cloud services and supporting version deployments
Participation in and leadership of initiatives to improve system availability, stability, performance, and resilience
Analyzing recurring issues, initiating systemic solutions, and ensuring their consistent implementation
Responsibility for coordinating and managing operational processes with multiple stakeholders across the organization
Qualification
Required
At least 7 years of experience in Operations / Production / Infrastructure and IT
Experience working with IIS
Experience operating application systems connected to databases (SQL/Oracle)
Scripting skills in PowerShell / Bash / Python
Preferred
Experience working with Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience with cloud services (Azure / AWS)
Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
Good level of English
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK, AppDynamics)
Experience with Jenkins
