Field Sales Representative (U.S.-Based | TN Visa Eligible)
Premier Food Supplies (PFS) is a leading distributor of Indian and South Asian foods, proudly servicing the Midwest since 2003. They are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Field Sales Representative to manage customer relationships, open new accounts, and drive revenue growth in assigned U.S. territories. This role requires regular in-person customer visits and extensive regional travel.

Responsibilities
Collect and grow weekly sales orders from assigned U.S.-based accounts
Visit clients regularly to assess needs, manage inventory, and upsell/cross-sell
Introduce new products, promotions, and samples
Support timely collections and assist with payment resolution
Partner with customers to improve planograms, shelf presence, and merchandising
Resolve customer issues promptly and document outcomes
Open new accounts and grow existing business across assigned territories
Generate new leads through outreach, referrals, and cold calling
Share competitive insights and market feedback with leadership
Analyze sales data to improve wallet share and territory performance
Participate in trade shows, food demos, and local marketing events
Assist customers in adopting ordering technology and online platforms
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a closely related field (required for TN eligibility)
5+ years field sales experience in F&B, hospitality, wholesale distribution, or FMCG/CPG
Strong account management and new business development skills
Bilingual: English + Hindi required (Punjabi, Gujarati, Telugu, or Tamil a plus)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable vehicle
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs as needed
Prior wholesale distribution or food & beverage experience
This position requires authorization to work in the United States
The role is eligible for TN Visa classification for qualified candidates who meet education and professional requirements
Employment is contingent upon proof of valid U.S. work authorization prior to the start of employment
