In this role, you will ensure training programs run smoothly by handling logistics, preparing materials, and assisting in the development and delivery of training sessions for contact center agents.

Responsibilities
Set up and support training sessions (both in-person and virtual), including preparing slide decks, roleplay tools, and learning materials
Assist in developing training content that is engaging, effective, and rooted in adult learning principles
Manage training calendars, track attendance, and maintain accurate training records
Monitor new hire and ongoing training progress, flagging issues or trends to the trainer and training manager
Support the facilitation of roleplays and practice calls by acting as a mock customer or evaluator when needed
Help update and maintain training content, including presentation decks, SOPs, and LMS modules
Collaborate with trainers, team leads, and QA to ensure seamless transitions from training to production
Help manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to enroll users, assign courses, and report on completion rates
Provide general administrative support to the Training Team
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in an administrative, support, or coordination role (preferably in a call center, training, or customer service setting)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and basic LMS platforms
Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism with new hires and leadership
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Experience or familiarity with applying adult learning theory in a training environment
Experience with scheduling, project coordination, or document formatting a plus
Some college preferred
