Responsibilities

Lead all global integration efforts, developing and managing the comprehensive plan, calendar, and cross‑market execution strategy
Partner with regional and in‑market teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and flawless delivery of program elements
Serve as the primary integration lead across GM business units—including GM Evolve, GM Energy, GM Defense, and Finance—to identify and maximize opportunities within the F1 platform
Translate enterprise objectives into actionable integration strategies that leverage the full breadth of GM capabilities
Collaborate with Global Marketing, U.S. Marketing, and enterprise partners to activate key contractual assets in service of business growth
Develop strategies to amplify engagement through new product displays, experiential activations, and the integration of racing assets into mainstream marketing initiatives
Coordinate asset needs by market, ensuring proper delivery and usage rights across OOH, social, digital, broadcast, and live experiences
Oversee branding compliance across all F1 environments, including venues, support vehicles, race team equipment, track signage, and hospitality experiences
Develop annual brand and style guides to protect consistency while ensuring creative expression aligns with Cadillac’s modern luxury identity
Influence how Cadillac is represented creatively through vehicle displays, immersive activations, content integrations, and event environments
Lead strategy and planning for driver participation across media, production shoots, events, and partner activations
Consolidate cross‑functional inputs and develop clear recommendations for proposal reviews and required approvals
Provide regular readouts to senior leaders, translating complex plans into simple, compelling narratives

Required

Bachelor's degree
7+ years of experience in marketing, experiential activation, event management, or a related field
Experience working with or for a luxury brand (automotive or other premium category)
Demonstrated experience in planning, managing, and executing luxury‑grade events or global activations
Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders and executive stakeholders
Ability to travel domestically and internationally; weekend work as needed (:25% travel)
Flexibility to collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones
