Fabletics is seeking a Database Engineering Intern to join their Enterprise data services team. The intern will assist in developing data workflow applications and work closely with the team to support a cloud product feed project while utilizing SQL and ElasticSearch.

Responsibilities

Develop queries, views, triggers, and other database objects to support internally hosted applications
Develop and implement stored procedures and functions using TSQL
Support developing product feed to cloud databases (like ElasticSearch) that can be consumed by API and applications
Assist in the development of database integration workflows
Collaborate with other database personnel across our organization to share best practices, learn new techniques, and champion an organizational culture where data is central to decision-making

Qualification

SQLT-SQLElasticSearchJSON data structuresKafkaFlinkAWS database knowledgeCommunication skills

Required

Comfortable working with SQL and T-SQL programming
Academic experience with JSON data structures
Comfortable working with ElasticSearch, Kafka, Flink
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics to a non-technical audience
**YOU MUST BE A RISING JUNIOR OR RISING SENIOR (graduating in 2027 or 2028) UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT ENROLLED AT AN ACCREDITED UNIVERSITY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS INTERNSHIP**
