Responsibilities
Well versed in social media trends, pop culture references or other relevant conversations in the social space
Scoping, planning and budget management
Vendor and third-party influencer/creator bidding, contracting and management
Manage core team’s capacity and scheduling
Consult during concepting to ensure ideas are feasible
Work closely with business affairs to ensure FTC compliance and general guidelines
Support pre-production (e.g., location, props, equipment, production insurance, releases, etc.)
On-site filming including being on camera, if needed
Support post production - if you can edit that’s a plus!
Manage and organize digital assets to ensure efficient workflow and accessibility
Work with Art Buying to license stock
Asset tracking and rights management documentation
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in video content creation for social media at a consumer-facing brand or agency or similar experience
Collaborative work ethic
Awesome client facing and relationship management skills
Strong problem-solving, time and budget management, leadership, decision making, project management and organizational skills
Ability to work and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong understanding of opportunities and limitations of all popular social platforms
A passion for staying updated on emerging trends in social media and digital content creation
Keen eye for design/art direction/leveraging props and styling
Comfortable filming on a mobile device
