IT Specialist
Finlays Solutions is a leader in supplying tea, coffee, and botanical extracts to leading beverage brands. They are seeking a proactive IT Specialist to maintain their technology infrastructure and provide technical assistance to their team, ensuring smooth operations and data security.

Responsibilities
Provide prompt assistance to employees regarding computer hardware, software, and networking issues (in-person and remote)
Install, configure, and upgrade workstations, laptops, and peripheral equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
Monitor and maintain office networks, including Wi-Fi, VPNs, and local servers
Manage user accounts, permissions, and antivirus software
Track hardware assets and software licenses; recommend new purchases when equipment becomes obsolete
Create simple "how-to" guides for staff to troubleshoot common tech issues independently
Qualification
Required
4+ years in an IT support or help desk role
Strong command of Windows, Microsoft 365 (team, outlook, SharePoint), and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS)
Ability to diagnose complex technical issues and find creative solutions under pressure
The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a patient, friendly manner
Preferred
CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
Familiarity with D365 modules and troubleshooting basic data entry workflows will be extremely helpful
