The role involves entering orders, maintaining purchase orders, and ensuring the accuracy of material and supply inventories.

Responsibilities
Enter orders accurately and in a timely fashion
Ensure all commitments are accompanied by a valid, approved and posted purchase order
Perform daily analysis of requirements and complete work sets on a daily basis
Expedite as necessary and follow up on open purchase orders
Maintain valid PO priorities
Communicate to operations/manufacturing and customer service the potential impact of late orders
Ensure requisitions, MRP/planned order reports, supplier confirmations and PO's are fully intact and audit ready
Work with divisional materials team and internal customers to maintain accurate amount of material and supply inventories
Qualification
Required
Competency with MS Office applications
Excellent team building and customer service skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
B.A./B.S. degree in a related field and 2+ years purchasing experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services
