They are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the Administrative Services and Facilities department by processing daily tasks related to mail and supplies in large offices.

Responsibilities
Receives, logs, sorts and delivers various types of mail to all departments and executives on a daily basis
Receives, stores, distributes, rotates and removes all trash of common and stocked items
Maintains inventory and submits weekly orders of supplies needing replenishment
Administers FedEx users by adding, deleting and auditing all users as needed
Reports and provides basic Facilities needs seen while performing mail and/or stock tasks or as requested
Performs receptionist duties including greeting and directing visitors, notifying appropriate personnel of visitor arrival, and answering and transferring phone calls
Provides related Admin or Facilities support for needs of building or department as assigned
Performs other duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Preferred
High School Degree or equivalent preferred
a minimum of one (1) + years' experience working in a similar field
