Responsibilities
Shared services accounting operations across a large, distributed footprint
A leadership structure with approximately 4 direct reports and a broader org of indirect reports
AP and AR performance, service levels, and operational rhythm in partnership with functional leaders
Close operations, balance sheet governance, and reporting readiness
Standardization of policies, controls, and workflows across sites and entities
Acquisition integration support, including onboarding entities into shared processes and timelines
Leadership development, coaching, and succession planning across the accounting org
Qualification
Required
CPA required
Multi-site operational accounting experience is required
Deep people leadership, including managing managers and driving performance through layers
Shared services background across close, reporting support, and transactional workflows (AP, AR)
Preferred
Large-company experience strongly preferred ($1B+ ideal; $500M+ considered with the right scope)
Prior experience supporting acquisitive growth or integration work preferred
