Regional Sales Manager
Axis Portable Air is the industry’s most disruptive and fastest-growing equipment rental company. The Regional Sales Manager will have direct ownership and responsibility for the overall performance throughout their region, supporting local sales leaders and developing key customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Drive Regional Revenue : Lead your team in identifying, developing and expanding target customer accounts. You will also have personal responsibility and oversite of key national, super-regional, and regional customer relationships—driving growth that moves the needle for the entire company
Spend Time On the Road: You will travel throughout your region to support your team—Showing up and working alongside those you lead is not only expected, but required
Represent The Company : Showcase our values in every interaction, always prepared, positive, and respectful, as you build trust and provide industry leading customer service
Use Company Technology: Use companies' enterprise-level sales tools to target company-identified accounts, convert warm leads, document activity, and enter customer data into company CRM
Work As A Team: Collaborate with your other sales leaders and outside/inside representatives to maximize every opportunity and meet assigned budget and performance goals
Qualification
Required
5+ years in B2B sales, with a proven track record of managing existing accounts, as well as cold-calling, appointment setting, and grassroots efforts to generate new business
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be adept at using our CRM tools, tablets, and company provided hardware
Must demonstrate a strong desire to understand companies' equipment, its functionality across diverse environments, and its limitations, applying this expertise to provide tailored customer solutions
Preferred
3+ years of experience managing a territory, region, and sales team is highly preferred
Experience in equipment rental, HVAC, or related industries is not required but is a plus
Familiarity with HVAC or mechanical equipment is not required but is a plus
