InternSuperior Essex is seeking a motivated and analytical FP&A Intern to support their Accounting and Financial Planning & Analysis team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to financial analysis, reporting, and planning activities, offering valuable insight into how financial data supports business decision-making.

Responsibilities
Perform research and analysis to support accounting and FP&A projects
Assist with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Help prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Collaborate with accounting, finance, and cross-functional teams on additional projects
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment
Preferred
Prefer candidates fluent in English and Korean
