Responsibilities

Project leadership, management, and coordination across a wide range of technical and functional disciplines contributing to the study
Preparing PM deliverables including project execution plan and scope book
Managing the project scope, cost and schedule
Resource allocation, schedule and budget management
Coordinate and seamlessly integrate multiple stakeholders
Provide project development subject matter expertise in a construction setting
Identify, evaluate and mitigate key risks during the Project and deliver on any identified opportunities

Required

A proven safety-first mindset to personal and team safety
A bachelor's degree in Process or Chemical Engineering (a master's degree is preferred)
A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Science, Business or other relevant discipline
Proven leadership experience in project management across study and implementation phases
Strong influencing and negotiation skills and strategic vision
Experience in controlling cost and budget of complex projects
Risk management skills and commercial awareness
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
An ability to effectively liaise with external and internal stakeholders
Experience in working within rapidly changing contextual environments and ability to challenge the status quo to drive superior outcomes

Preferred

A master's degree in Process or Chemical Engineering
