The Legal Production Specialist will be responsible for processing legal documents and supporting the legal needs of the Credit Union, including handling subpoenas and maintaining databases.

Responsibilities
Processing subpoenas and written requests
Processing Garnishment / Levies
Processing court orders and search warrants
Maintain the subpoena, garnishment / levy database
Assist with the Litigation needs / Legal needs of the Credit Union
Testify in Court on behalf of Ent as a Custodian of Records
Maintain relationships with all levels of law enforcement & professional affiliations
Assist with Legal Research and Special Projects
Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in English, Business Administration, Law, or related field of study
1+ years' of general financial services experience or customer service experience
Knowledge of business English, spelling, punctuation, grammar, and basic legal terminology
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, while working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Excellent written, verbal communication skills
Ability to establish good rapport with various areas of the organization and outside counsel
Knowledge of the credit union or financial services industry and the products and services of the company
Ability to operate well with all levels of corporate professionals
Ability to adjust communication style to match the audience being addressed
Commitment to outstanding performance
Demonstrates a strong orientation towards customer service
Preferred
1+ years' paralegal experience supporting general corporate law practices or law office
1+ years' paralegal experience supporting financial services law practices
Notary Public of Colorado, Paralegal Certificate and/or similar paralegal credentialing program, Knowledge of Colorado Courts E-Filing System (CCEF), Understanding of Colorado and federal rules of procedure and court procedures
