Expand Expertise: Grow your knowledge in business systems analysis, Salesforce, Certinia/FinancialForce, and PSA

Qualification
Required
5-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a professional services environment, with a focus on post-sales processes
Proven track record of documenting, analyzing and enhancing business workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness
In-depth knowledge of business architecture, technology customization, and integration solutions, particularly with Salesforce and Certinia/FinancialForce
Salesforce Certified Administrator and Certinia PSA System Administrator is required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a history of successfully addressing complex challenges in business systems
Experience in designing and implementing innovative solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency
Familiarity with cutting-edge tools and technologies in the professional services and SaaS landscapes
A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest developments in technology and business analysis
