Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of large-scale and complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
Execute projects in alignment with the organization’s project management methodology
Develop, prioritize, and submit project plans, budgets, and methodologies across a range of key projects
Define project resources, conduct performance reviews, and perform post-implementation evaluations
Take ownership of the successful implementation of a set of projects that collectively comprise a program
Manage the work of project managers and lead monthly program reviews
Manage program budget; negotiate and risk-adjust budget estimates with internal and external stakeholders throughout all stages of the funding process
Reports to the DVP of R&D
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience, approximately 13 years)
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
Preferred
Strong knowledge of device development processes, regulations, and cross‑functional partners (R&D, Marketing, RA/QA, Operations)
Defines clear objectives, priorities, and milestones; leads cross‑functional teams to achieve goals under challenging conditions
Builds a high‑performing, collaborative team culture with effective planning, risk mitigation, and transparent execution
Oversees program leads managing scope, resources, budget, and schedules across functions
Ensures alignment across cross‑functional teams, managing program and solution interdependence
Establishes proactive, transparent communication with leadership, core teams, and stakeholders
