Responsibilities

Offer clear and practical legal advice to public agencies, including cities and special districts, on intricate issues such as governance, contracts, and land use

Draft and review ordinances, resolutions, and policies to ensure compliance with federal and state laws

Represent clients at city council meetings, planning commission hearings, and administrative proceedings

Collaborate with teams and clients to develop innovative legal solutions tailored to the unique challenges of public law

Provide training to public agency staff on key legal topics, including compliance, helping clients stay informed and prepared
