Trispoke Managed Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Mechanical Test Technician within their Mechanical Engineering Instrumentation and Test group. The role involves conducting vibration testing, performing test setups, and collaborating closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure quality and efficiency in testing processes.

Responsibilities

Conduct vibration testing on various parts and subsystems on electrodynamic shaker tables
Perform hands on test setup and instrumentation - mounting unit on/off shaker table and installing accelerometers
Perform table top reviews
Post process test data and provide input to test reports
Support test equipment maintenance and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Work in close collaboration with other technicians and engineers

Required

Minimum 4 years relevant experience or 2 years relevant experience with a graduate degree
Experience with hand tools

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance

Preferred

Experience with environmental and/or vibration testing
Experience with instrumentation and data logging equipment
Experience in an aerospace environment
Experience with pneumatic and/or ordnance testing
Secret level security clearance
Experience using Siemens NX to design parts and assemblies
Experience using Teamcenter
