Responsibilities
Execute period-end close activities, including complex journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis
Own key balance sheet and income statement accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Support monthly financial statement preparation and global consolidation activities
Research and apply technical accounting guidance; draft accounting memos and recommendations
Partner cross-functionally to provide financial insights and support business initiatives
Serve as a key audit liaison, supporting external audit requests
Help establish and improve accounting processes, systems, policies, and internal controls
Support ad hoc projects in a dynamic, high-growth environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong month-end close and GL accounting background
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze large data sets
Experience with NetSuite (Coupa and Blackline a plus)
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Big 4 public accounting experience and/or CPA
Fixed Assets and ASC 842 (leases) exposure
SaaS or high-growth company experience
Work model: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week)
