Responsibilities
Organizes assigned release activities across applications, teams, and projects; manages dependencies within assigned scope and ensures execution aligns with the release plan and timeline
Maintains release documentation and archives, while staying informed of upcoming IT maintenance activities
Partners with team members to understand release plans and assigned components, ensuring adherence to release and change management policies and procedures
Participates in post‑release reviews to evaluate process effectiveness and may lead review sessions with guidance. Implements process improvements as needed
Communicates updates related to assigned release components to internal teams and occasionally external sponsors
Tracks progress, reports status, and ensures all documentation is accurate and up to date
Coordinates assigned resources throughout the release process and identifies additional resource needs when necessary
Collaborates with vendors and/or customers during execution of release tasks and activities
Builds, analyzes, and utilizes supporting material relevant to assigned initiatives and applies findings appropriately
Incorporates security and compliance considerations into all daily responsibilities and follows established policies
Maintains service level agreements to ensure customer expectations and quality standards are met
Assists with task automation and process improvement initiatives as directed
Qualification
Required
Supports new and recurring IT release activities across a range of applications and infrastructure initiatives
Responsible for executing and completing release tasks for simple to moderately complex efforts
Collaborates closely with team members and deployment sponsors
Works within established release and change management processes to ensure smooth, consistent, and compliant deployments
