Responsibilities

Provide front desk coordination and building logistic support
Perform office administrative support duties including loading dock coordination, receiving and deliveries, and sorting and distributing mail
Support onsite events, general event coordination, room scheduling, filing, and reserved parking coordination
Manage distribution/contact lists and create professional publications and materials for events, reports, and signage
Handle record processing including paying invoices, ordering supplies, and tracking purchases
Provide high-level communications to all levels of the Knight Campus and interact with university members and the general public

Required

Two years of general clerical experience. One year of which included typing, word processing, or other generation of documents; OR
An Associate's degree in Office Occupations or Office Technology; OR
Graduation from a private school of business with a Certificate in Office Occupations or Office Technology and one year of general clerical experience
Customer service skills in a professional setting
Ability to manage multiple priorities with overlapping deadlines and frequent interruptions while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism
Ability for close attention to detail and high accuracy in work
Strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures

Preferred

One year of experience in reception or front office administration
One year of experience in data entry and record processing
Experience working in higher education or a research environment
Experience with Microsoft Office and other software programs including: HRIS/FIS platforms, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Docs
