Verify automobile insurance policies
Verify loan payoff balances
Print all documentation for deliveries
Verify all guest signatures
Copy all non-prime documents
Break each transaction down for lenders and complete the final checklist prior to sending the transaction to the Accounting office
Enter customer vehicle deposit receipts
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to operate personal computers including Microsoft Excel and Word
